Returns & Refunds


 We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. Orders within Bharat are generally dispatched within 3-4 working days.



 At, we have amazing quality checks. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and have received a damaged merchandise you can return most items to us within 3 days of delivery to get a 100% refund into your account.

The items cannot be exchanged unless these are returned in original condition without physical wear and tear.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund into your account, within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our merchandise, we do not accept returns on several merchandise categories, including but not limited to masks. TheDashami may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

Customers can return their order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.

In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used, damaged, worn, washed or soiled. Defective products need not be sent back to us, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective merchandise, send us images and make a video of package opening with completely reflecting our delivery label at, and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as Sikka as per your convenience.

Cancellation: You can log on to and cancel the order from your account prior to these item(s) being shipped from our warehouse.

However, certain high value products and bundled merchandise with an MRP over INR 3,000/- are not covered under the return policy and are eligible only for exchange in case of manufacturing defects. Merchandise placed as prepaid orders cannot be cancelled or returned until and unless the product received by you is damaged or there is a manufacturing defect with all other aspects covered under manufacturer warranty.

The payment charged for any items which you cancel, shall be refunded into your payment account (card or net banking) as per the timelines required by the issuing bank.

Where should I self-ship the Returns?

•             In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

               The Dashami, 6 – Pioneer residency park, somalwada square, Wardha road, Nagpur, Maharashtra - 440025.

•             Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise(s), the complete amount + 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your The Dashami Gullak (Wallet) as Sikka (Coin).

PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
